Group order terms
What to expect from quote to delivery.
- Group orders are quoted. We confirm availability and email your group rate within two business days.
- Ten pieces minimum per order. Mix styles, colorways, and sizes freely.
- Your group discount is tiered on total units: 20% off from ten pieces, 30% off from twenty five, and 40% off from fifty. The tier applies to the whole order and is shown on your quote.
- Shipping is calculated on the size of the order. We send an invoice with the shipping cost once we receive and confirm your request.
- Colorways and size runs are confirmed at quote. We flag anything running short before you commit.
- A 50% deposit reserves production. The balance is due before the order leaves us.
- Production runs two to three weeks from the date your order is confirmed.
- If you need it sooner, tell us at question three. We will confirm whether we can make the date, and any rush fee, with your quote.
- Pieces are made for your group. Final sale, no returns or exchanges.
