Shipping & Returns policy
We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping: 5 to 7 business days.
- Express shipping: 2 to 3 business days.
Enjoy free standard shipping on all US orders over $75. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on clothing that is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return or exchange, email us at help@bymikaye.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Let us know when you reach out and we will help you exchange your dress, subject to availability.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us at help@bymikaye.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
