Processing: Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. You will get tracking by email.
Delivery time: Counted from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
Taxes & duties: Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the recipient.
Wrong address: We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. Orders returned to us for an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
Lost or damaged: If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, email us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation. For damage, send photos of the item and packaging within 7 days.

30 days

Return window: You have 7 days from delivery to return an item for a refund to your original payment method. Returns made after 7 days are still accepted, but receive store credit instead, which never expires.
How to return: Email help@bymikaye.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange. We reply within 1 business day.
Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, tags attached, in the original packaging.
Return shipping: A return shipping fee applies and is deducted from your refund or store credit. We're based in the United States, so all returns ship back to us here, please account for that if you're returning an order from outside the US.
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Your bank may take a further billing cycle to post it.
Exchanges: Available for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability, following the same condition requirements as returns.
Final sale: Items marked Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
EU orders: If your order ships into the European Union you may cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
