- Processing
- Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. You will get tracking by email.
- Delivery time
- Counted from the day your order ships, not the day you place it.
- Taxes & duties
- Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs charges. These are set by your local customs authority and are paid by the recipient.
- Wrong address
- We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped. Orders returned to us for an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
- Lost or damaged
- If tracking shows delivered but nothing arrived, email us within 7 days and we will open a carrier investigation. For damage, send photos of the item and packaging within 7 days.
Returns
21 days- How to return
- Email help@bymikaye.com with your order number within 21 days of delivery. We reply within 1 business day.
- Condition
- Unworn and unwashed, tags attached, in the original packaging.
- Return shipping
- We send a prepaid label and deduct its cost from your refund, so there is nothing to pay up front. Free if the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect. Original shipping is not refunded.
- Refunds
- Issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a further billing cycle to post it.
- Exchanges
- Available for a different size in the same style, subject to availability. If the size you need is unavailable, return for a refund and place a new order.
- Sale items
- Clearance items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged. Items discounted but not marked clearance can be returned as above.
- EU orders
- If your order ships into the European Union you may cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
