All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12pm ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Taxes and duties
Posted prices do not include taxes, duties, or customs and import charges. Any import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict or refund them.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and customs can extend them.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days at help@bymikaye.com and we will open a carrier investigation. If your order arrives damaged, email us photographs of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery.
